Your practice deserves a website that actually books clients.
Most health and wellness websites quietly turn people away — outdated, hard to read on a phone, no clear way to book. We rebuild yours in a week, for a flat $850, without the agency price tag or the DIY headache.

You didn't get into this work to also become a web developer. Here's what we see most often — and how we fix it on a tight budget.
It looks outdated — or you don't have one at all
A site built years ago on an old template (or a Linktree standing in for a homepage) makes people question whether you're still active, or whether you're even legitimate — before they've read a word about your work.
A calm, modern, professionally designed site — built from scratch around your practice, not a generic template.
You don't have time to build or maintain one
You're already running sessions, classes, or appointments all day. Learning a website builder — or babysitting one that breaks — isn't a good use of the few free hours you have.
You fill out one short intake form. We handle design, copy, and build — live in up to a week, hands-off for you.
Agencies quote thousands and take months
A typical small-business web agency charges $3,000–$6,000 and takes four to eight weeks — a real barrier for a solo practitioner or a small studio watching every dollar.
One flat $850 fee, delivered in up to one week — the same care and craft, sized for a tight budget.
There's no clear way to actually book
Your booking link is buried three pages deep, or missing entirely, so interested visitors bounce instead of scheduling — especially on mobile, where most people are looking.
Your booking link (Calendly, Acuity, SimplePractice, or similar) is built into the design, front and center on every device.
One site, built specifically for health and wellness practices.
Most people decide whether to book before they ever call — based on what your website looks like in the first few seconds. Every WellCrafted site follows the same calm, minimal foundation — refined for your practice, your services, and your voice. You fill out a short intake. We write the copy, design the visuals, and build the site around it — so the finished result gives people a reason to trust you before they've said a word.
Five core pages
Home, About, Services, Testimonials, and Contact — everything a prospective client needs to say yes.
Copy, drafted for you
We turn your intake answers into clear, warm website copy — you review and approve before launch.
Illustrative visuals
No stiff stock photos. Soft, abstract accents in your practice's own palette, so nothing feels borrowed.
Mobile-first & fast
Built to load quickly and look right on the phone screen most of your clients will actually use.
Booking, built in
Your existing scheduler — Calendly, Acuity, SimplePractice, or similar — connects right into the site.
One flat price, hosting included
No monthly design retainer and no hosting fee. You own the finished site once it's live.
Four steps, up to one week.
A short intake covers everything we need to write and design around your practice — no meetings required to get started.
- Your services, pricing, and how you like to describe your work
- Your ideal client, and how you'd naturally talk to them
- Any existing logo, colors, or brand preferences
- Photos, if you have them — not required either way
We start from one of three visual directions — Warm & Grounded, Soft & Quiet, or Clean & Structured — and shape it around your intake. Copy, layout, and visuals come together as one complete draft.
You don't need to review anything at this stage — this part is entirely on us.
We send a private preview link — nothing goes live until you approve it. We revise until it's right, at no extra cost.
- Wording, layout, and detail changes are included, with no revision limit
- Bigger additions, like a new page, are scoped separately
- Most feedback turns around within a day
- Heavy revision rounds may extend the one-week delivery estimate
Once you approve the draft, we connect your domain, confirm everything works on mobile, and take the site live. You get a finished, working website — nothing left to configure.
From there, you can maintain it yourself, or add the optional Care Plan for monitoring and monthly edits. Hosting is free and included either way.
You don't have to take our word for it.
No vague claims, no borrowed credibility — just specifics you can check yourself, including the details that matter most when your website is often someone's first, most personal point of contact with your practice.
If the first draft isn't right, we revise it until you're happy with every detail.
That's included in the $850 — not an upsell, not a limited number of "rounds." Wording, layout, and detail changes keep coming until you're ready to launch.
And because you only pay the second half once the site is live and approved, there's no risk in starting — we don't get paid in full until you're happy with the result.
The only trade-off: heavy revision rounds may extend the one-week delivery estimate. Most projects don't come close to needing that.
Is this the right fit?

One price. Everything included.
Agencies typically charge $3,000–$6,000 for a comparable site. Freelance marketplaces are cheaper, but rarely specialize in wellness or move this fast.
We only take on 3 projects a month, to keep quality and turnaround tight

What we'll need from you
You don't need finished copy or professional photos — just the raw material. Everything below is gathered through one short intake form when you start a project.
About your practice
- Practice name & tagline, if you have one
- Your bio — background, credentials, philosophy
- Headshot (optional — the design works well without one)
- Services, with a short description of each
Trust & credibility
- 2–4 testimonials or client reviews, if available
- Certifications or licenses to display
- Insurance accepted or specialties, if relevant
- Any press mentions or affiliations
Getting found & booked
- Contact details — email, phone, location or "virtual only"
- Booking link — Calendly, Acuity, SimplePractice, etc.
- Social profiles to link to
- Domain name you'd like — or ask us to help you choose one
Brand & compliance
- Existing logo or colors (optional — the site comes pre-styled)
- Required disclaimers or informed-consent language
- HIPAA or privacy notices, if applicable to your field
- Anything else you're legally required to display

Online shopA small-batch herbal shop needed actual e-commerce, not just a lookbook — without losing its handmade, unhurried feel. Proof that "done-for-you" doesn't stop at a simple five-page site.
Consistent underneath, distinct on the surface.
Earthy tones, steady structure
Warm neutrals, generous whitespace, and a menu-style layout — well suited to programs, packages, or session tiers.
Low-contrast, unhurried
Muted tones and simple, spacious navigation designed to feel calm rather than clinical.
Clear lines, considered detail
A slightly crisper layout with more defined sections — built for practices with several distinct offerings.
Good to know
That's the default, not the exception. Rather than stiff stock photography, we build the site around soft, abstract visual accents in your practice's own palette. If you'd like a personal photo included — for your About page, say — you're welcome to send one; otherwise the design stays fully illustrative throughout.
You'll hear back from us within 24 hours to confirm the details and timeline, and to send over the invoice for the first 50%. From there, work starts right away — no calls required unless you'd like one.
No — just answer the intake questions in your own words, however rough or informal. We turn those answers into clear, polished website copy that sounds like you, and you review and approve it before anything goes live.
Most sites go live within 5–7 days of receiving your completed intake, assuming a normal turnaround on your one review round. Faster turnarounds may be available — just ask.
50% to begin the project, and the remaining 50% when your site goes live. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Just your domain name, typically $15–20 a year through a registrar. We'll tell you exactly what to purchase and handle connecting it to your new site — you won't need any technical background.
Yes. Your site is hosted at no cost to you, and we don't charge a hosting fee. Your domain name is the only yearly cost (typically $15–20 through a registrar). Because the site is standard, portable code, you can also move it to any host you like.
Small wording or detail changes within the first two weeks are included. After that, you can request edits one-off, or add the optional $49/month Care Plan above, which adds monitoring, domain management, and up to two content edits a month (hosting is already free) — so you never have to think about it.
The $850 price covers the standard five-page site. Additional pages, a blog, e-commerce, or custom functionality can be quoted separately once we understand what you need.
You do, completely. Your domain is registered in your name, and the site itself isn't built on any proprietary platform — it's standard, portable code, so you're never locked into working with us to keep it running.
No. It's a single flat fee with no ongoing obligation. The only recurring cost is the optional $49/month Care Plan, and that's cancel-anytime with no contract either.
Every site is built fast-loading, mobile-friendly, and cleanly structured — the fundamentals search engines reward. Active SEO work, like ongoing content or backlink building, isn't part of the flat fee, but it's something we can quote separately if you'd like to pursue it.
Every site we build includes accessibility fundamentals — keyboard navigation, screen-reader-friendly structure, and color contrast that meets WCAG AA — and general privacy-conscious design practices. If you need specific disclaimers, informed-consent language, or privacy notices, send them our way and we'll add them exactly as needed. For guidance on what your specific field legally requires under HIPAA, ADA, or other regulations, we'd recommend checking with your own compliance advisor, since that's outside what we're able to advise on.
